Here is the truth-

Coach Chantelle does not believe in the necessity of having to follow boring, tasteless, zero recipe flexibility plans & diets.

(Unless, it's medically necessary or a personal preference)

I know you can get to your goals with me telling you to eat exactly this much chicken/rice/broccoli to eat every single day until the weight is gone or gained. BUT...

    1. WHO WANTS THAT?! I have eaten with this approach before and only end up resenting food and being borderline disgusted with those foods-for months/years later.

    2. I would rather teach you about macros & calories, and how to track/use them - so that you can enjoy flavor & variety.

    3. I would rather get you recipes that match your caloric/nutrient needs that you can try.

Food is fuel, and because we consume it every single day . . . it is super important to have a good relationship with food.
